We press the grape seed only once - at a temperature of 50 °C. The resulting oil undergoes deaeration (removal of oxygen to avoid oxidizability). It is filtered from suspensions in an oxygen-free environment - an inert gas. Storage takes place in an inert gas environment without access to oxygen and light, in specially adapted rooms.

in cooking
- salad
dressings Grape seed oil can be used to prepare dishes without pre-cooking, and its neutral base is an indispensable fat base for various types of dressings and seasonings, which can be beautifully decorated with salads or spread on sandwiches.;
- sauces;
- baking
Two-time James Beard Award winner Christina Tosi, chef and founder of the Milk Bar Empire, recommends using grape seed oil in all her baking recipes.
Noting its viscous consistency, effective emulsifying properties and incredibly clean and mild taste, Toshi calls it the main ingredient in his first cookbook, Momofuku Milk Bar. Replace vegetable oil or rapeseed oil in your recipes with the same amount of grape seed oil — try this option in zucchini buns, vegan vanilla coconut muffins and cookies with chocolate raspberry cream.;
- soups;
- marinades of fish and meat dishes
Use it to lightly lubricate everything you'll be grilling during your next barbecue if you don't want more saturated fats to get in the way of enjoying your dinner outdoors. A thin layer on salmon fillets, lobster tails and pizza on a thin dough will prevent them from sticking to the grill. Grape seed oil will also be an excellent addition to sauces and marinades for dishes that will be cooked on the grill.;
- homemade mayonnaise;
- refills of various dishes.
